What's the deal with shipping?

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in Canada!

Can I hold items to save on shipping costs?

Yes - absolutely! You can add to a box over several drops and have it sent when it is full. Boxes can usually fit between three and five items (depending on the size).

Items must be paid for in order to be "held".

Can I share shipping with a friend?

You bet! If you'd like to share shipping with a friend, please send us a message and we'll split the shipping cost between you.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping boxes for $19.95 anywhere in Canada.

We offer a flat rate of $15 shipping to Yukon communities - including items bundled together in a shipping box.

Do you deliver?

We do not currently offer delivery. We'll keep you updated if that changes in the future!

Do I need to wash items I've purchased?

We do ask that consignors bring items to us clean, however we can not guarantee that everything has been washed before it gets to you. We'd say, why not? Give it a wash before your Little Sapling rocks their new 'fit!

How do you determine prices?

We strive to price items in a way that is fair and advantageous for both consignors and shoppers.

We do our best to determine what each item is worth new, and use approximately 1/3* of that as the starting price. We will then increase or decrease the price by 10% based on the condition of the item.

*except for items that are Top Brands. These will be priced at 40% of the original price.

What is the consignment breakdown?

We use a 40/5/55 split on all consignment sales:

What happens to the clothes that aren't sold?

If clothing items don’t sell for three consecutive drops, they will be offered for a fourth drop at a reduced sale price.

If they don't sell at the reduced price, we will offer them back to the consignor who can either take them back, or we will donate them, recycle them, or bring them to a free-store.

What do all the acronyms mean?

Do you take things other than clothing?

We're just starting out with clothing at the moment, but are open to the possibility of expanding to include other things in the future. If you'd like to see or sell other things - we'd love to hear what kinds of things you'd be excited for us to branch out to.
